1.5oz Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum
.75oz Averna
.75oz Cocchi Americano
.25oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
.25oz Grenadine
4 Dashes Angostura Bitter

Build over a large ice cube, stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
