 2oz Scotch -Blended or Highland Single Malt

.5oz Sweet Vermouth

.5oz Dry Vermouth

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine ingredients over ice and mix. Strain into a coup. Garnish with a cherry and/or citrus twist.
